§ 7 Newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent. (2) For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double-opt-in procedure. (5) The newsletter does not include any further web tracking, but only takes place in the form of a simple e-mail.

§ 8 Service provider Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)

(1) This website uses Sendinblue to send newsletters. The provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
(2) Sendinblue is a service that can be used, among other things, to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. Your data that you have entered for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e-mail, name) will be stored on Sendinblue’s servers in France.
(3) Sendinblue enables us to analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with Sendinblue, a file contained in the email (so-called web-beacon) connects to the servers of Sendinblue. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
(4) Sendinblue also allows us to subdivide (“cluster”) the newsletter recipients based on various categories. (6) The data you provide to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of Sendinblue after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. § 9 Plugin: YouTube

(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.
